SWAYAM and MOOC

CMC, School of Maritime Studies facilitates the students to learn courses delivered through SWAYAM (Study Webs of Active learning for Young Aspiring Minds), an exceptional program initiated by the Government of India.

The programme is available free of cost, nevertheless students who wish to convert the learning into a certificate should register for the exams that come at a fee. Faculty Co-Ordinators have been assigned to promote and encourage selecting the courses in SWAYAM platform and MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses).

This allows students to take up courses in NPTEL through which the student gets an opportunity to earn a certificate from the prestigious Institutions of India such as IIT’s, IIM’s NIT’s. Students can take up MOOCs offered by NPTEL-SWAYAM to claim credits in their academic program in the field of import and export.

BBA and MBA students are encouraged to take up the course which offers valuable opportunities for personal and professional growth through accessible and high-quality online education.
